~medical release form
signed by parent/guardian if you are under 18 and are attending without a parent/guardian
~Bible
~sleeping bag
if you don’t have a warm sleeping bag you might want to toss in an extra blanket or

tarp or sleeping pad under your bag also
helps keep you warm and dry

warm clothes are a must; long underwear is nice, as well as of course plenty of
sweatshirts etc for chilly
evenings, rain jacket is a must as well; mountain storms come up quickly with no warning - basically bring a mixture of
summer and winter clothes

never fear it does warm up enough to swim during the day (most of the time!)...if you have a wetsuit BRING IT! the river is cold!!

those activities
